Home Base Bolivar is a new, exclusive extended-stay RV community in Bolivar, Missouri. No daily or weekly stays — built for those living in their RV long-term.

 

Our Sites:

Sites range from $350–$400/month (water, sewer, trash included). Most are pull-through sites at $375/month. Electric is metered — Pay only for what you use, no fees or minimums. Rate locked for 12 months.

 

Our Focus:

Guests come for work, medical care, relocation, retirement, or the freedom of RV living. Our goal: a stable, quiet place that feels like home.

 

Our Location:

Bolivar, Missouri — Just a short drive north of Springfield, in the heart of the Ozarks. Close to 3 lakes and about an hour from Branson.
