Home Base Bolivar was built for Guests planning stays of 1 to 12 months or longer. We do not offer nightly or weekly site rentals. Instead, we offer a place where you can settle in, live comfortably, and make us your Home Base.

Guests come for work, medical care, relocation, retirement, or simply to enjoy the freedom of RV and Park Model living. Whatever brings you here, our goal is simple: provide a stable, quiet place that consistently feels like home.

Bolivar, Missouri, just a short drive north of Springfield, Missouri, lies in the heart of the Ozarks. Bolivar is a peaceful small town, surrounded by 3 popular Missouri lakes, and close enough for easy day trips to Branson, Missouri!
